March Appt
Well I went in for my 26 week appt today.
I've gained 15lbs total. Baby is growing well, heart beat is good.
Next appt is April 9 for 1st my Glucose test and then my appt while I wait the hour for my blood test.
Guess I won't be eating a lot of candy over Easter. :-)
PS- I forgot to post in my last post, heartburn has arrived! I've got a bottle of antacids at both my office and next to my bed. :-)

Week 24, 25, 26... :-)
So... life happened and I haven't been on the blog to update you all on the small changes of life. :-) I can't say there have been big changes over the last 3 weeks, but a few. I'll include the big details in my "normal" weekly blurb.
How far along: 26 weeks
Total weight gain: Not really sure what the scale will read at Dr. Hintz Friday. (previously 9 total)
Maternity clothes: oh yeah!
Sleep:tossing and turning a lot, waking up really sore all over, I'm wiped at 8:45pm. I'm getting up to pee more in the night as well.
Best moment this week:
24: seeing the movement vs just feeling it from the inside
25: having Jonah touch my belly as the baby kicked, he jerked his hand away pretty quick and said "eww!" :-) He did want to touch it again later though.
26: Not baby related, BUT we were able to increase our bandwidth at school from 25 to 60 mgb. Let's just say I did a little dance all the way down the hall to tell my Supt. :-)
Food cravings: no major cravings, but I'm ALWAYS hungry, especially in the AM (10amish)
Gender: ??? (hoping for a girl)
Labor signs: none yet
What I miss: seeing my toes (ha) being able to breathe as I shave my legs :-)
What I am looking forward to: Long weekend, no school Friday.
Milestones: 14 inches long- about 1lb and a half., size of an english cucumber(Whatever that is), Baby Center Page
Next Appt: tomorrow, March 16, 3:00pm
My belly button has gone flat, which totally grosses out Joshua. :-) It's getting harder to roll over in bed, feeling like a beached whale already (not a good sign), and I'm looking forward to sandal season so I don't have to zip up boots or tie shoes. :-)
Enjoy the weather! I'm loving wearing sun dresses!

Family Time in Minnesota
Each Christmas Joshua and I give a "trip" to the Meyer family instead of physical presents. (adults anyway). This year we took the family to Minneapolis for some time away and adventure.
Saturday we drove up, swam in the pool for awhile, and went to the Mall of America. It was a big bust due to the MASSIVE amounts of people there and the parking was AWFUL. Maybe it was timing, maybe it was insanity, but we didn't stick around long and messed up our supper schedule b/c it took us SO LONG to get out of the parking garage.
Sunday we did some more swimming... which was a first for Jonah since he refused to get in the pool on Saturday. This time we were able to convince him to at least put his suit on and then once he was standing on the stairs, Josh just grabbed him and pulled him in. Even though he was having a good time playing in the water, he was quick to tattle on dad when I went down to the pool to watch.
After swimming we got ready and headed to the Minn. Children's Museum. It was a fun time, but also VERY BUSY and I think our kids kind of got cheated a little from the experience. It would have been a lot more fun if we'd had more time, less people, and patient adults. Really more time and less people would have taken care of #3. BUT it was free since it was the 3rd Sunday of the month so we couldn't complain too bad.
There are pics below of our weekend. Enjoy. :-)
